| 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏与创疡贴治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法 对89例糖尿病足患者外用湿润烧伤膏与创疡贴治疗，观察创面的变化及愈合速度。结果 69例糖尿病足患者溃疡创面自然愈合；13例因肉芽创面较大，游离植皮后外用创疡贴治愈；有效7例，其中4例截肢。结论 采用湿润烧伤膏与创疡贴治疗糖尿病足，方法简单，实用性强，效果满意。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effects of MEBO and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of DFUs. Methods: The wound changes and wound healing time of 89 patients with DFUs after receiving MEBO and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing were observed. Results: The wounds of 69 patients healed spontaneously after treatment, 13 patients were cured after the application of free skin grafting and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing outside due to a large wound size, and the treatment was effective in the remaining 7 cases of which 4 cases underwent amputation. Conclusion: It is simple and practical to treat DFUs with MEBO and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing. |
