| 摘要 2010年11月收治1例经组织病理学证实的臀部压疮鳞状细胞癌变患者，因肿瘤侵犯会阴及肛周组织，扩大切除术会破坏肛门及尿道的结构，患者的生命质量会大大降低，遂多次行保肛门、保尿道的姑息手术治疗，未行皮瓣修复术，术后开放创面外用湿润烧伤膏治疗，5个月后治愈出院，随访至今未见复发。 |

| 【Abstract】In this study, one patient was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of pressure ulcer on the buttock based on histopathological examination on November 2010. Multiple palliative surgeries with the purpose of saving the patient’s anus and urethra were done instead of a skin flap transplantation because the extended resection would damage the structure of anus and urethra since the cancer had invaded into the perineum and perianal area and greatly reduced the patient’s quality of life. The wound was exposed after surgery with topical application of MEBO. The patient was discharged after 5 months of treatment without relapse during follow-ups up to now. |
