| 目的 探讨大面积深度烧伤微粒皮移植术后应用湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗的临床效果。方法 对65例大面积深度烧伤微粒皮移植术后15d的创面外用MEBO治疗，涂药厚度为1mm～2mm,每4h～6h换药1次，同时加强抗休克、抗感染、营养支持等全身治疗。结果 65例患者中，63例患者创面在45d内愈合，另2例患者应用MEBO治疗后，创面缩小，残余创面均在5%TBSA以下，经邮票植皮后愈合，随访6～12个月，愈合创面较平整，无明显瘢痕增生、挛缩，功能恢复良好。结论 大面积深度烧伤微粒皮移植术后创面应用MEBO治疗，操作简单，愈合时间短，患者痛苦少，愈合瘢痕轻，治疗效果较好。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of extensive deep burns after using a micro skin grafting technique. Methods: A total of 65 patients with extensive deep burns received a topical treatment of MEBO 15 days after undergoing micro skin grafting. Applied MEBO with thickness of 1mm-2mm and the dressing was changed every 4-6 hours, and meanwhile, systemic treatments such as anti-shock, anti-infection, nutritionals support were performed. Results: 63 patients out of 65 healed within 45 days and the wounds of the other 2 patients shrank after MEBO therapy with a TBSA of less than 5% remaining and the wounds healed after stamp-like grafting. Wounds were smooth without obvious scar hyperplasia and contracture, and joint function was good during the 6-12 months follow-up. Conclusion: MEBO is easy to operate with advantages of short healing time, less pain as well as less scar formation in the treatment of large extensive burn after undergoing a micro skin grafting and can achieve relatively good therapeutic effects. |
