| 目的 观察负压封闭引流术治疗手外伤肌腱外露的疗效。方法 本组病例清创后肌腱外露，采用负压封闭引流技术（VSD）治疗，并使用一次性负压引流扩创材料覆盖创面，每次持续负压引流7d,使用1～3次，待肉芽组织覆盖肌腱后，取大腿中厚皮片，取皮处用创疡贴覆盖，将自体皮戳洞后缝合于创面上，皮片覆盖VSD材料负压引流，术后10d打开，创面愈合后行预防瘢痕治疗3～6个月。结果 创面经1～3次负压封闭引流后肉芽组织完全覆盖外露肌腱，21例皮片全部成活，术后6个月随访，外形较美观，手部功能恢复良好。结论 负压封闭引流是手外伤肌腱外露的一种较好的治疗放法。 |

| Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD) in treating a hand trauma with tendon exposure. Methods:After debridement,the tendons were exposed and then the wound surface was covered with VSD for medium thickness were removed from the thigh and then the donor sites were covered with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing.After being meshed,skin slices were spread on the bare area and fixed in place by stitches.Then,VSD was used on the grafted area Ten days later,the use of VSD was discontinued.MEBO Sacar Ointment was applied for 3～6 months to prevent scar formation from wound healing. Results:After 1～3 courses of VSD treatment,exposed tendons were fully covered with granulation tissues.All 21 skin slices survived.During the follow-up of the grafted areas 6 months later,the shape appeared good with functional integrity of affected joints.Conclusion:Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD)is an effective approach in the treatment of hand trauma with tendon exposure. |
