| 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗肛周脓肿术后切口的临床疗效。方法 93例肛周脓肿患者行肛周脓肿切开引流术后，治疗组以MEBO纱条引流治疗，每天2次，对照组以0.9%氯化钠纱条引流治疗，每天1次，观察两组疗效。结果 所有病例全部治愈，随访1年无复发，治疗组切口愈合时间及换药后疼痛持续时间均明显短于对照组。结论 MEBO用于治疗肛周脓肿术后切口，可以明显缩短切口愈合时间及换药后切口疼痛持续时间，减轻患者的痛苦，疗效优于传统治疗方法。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of incision after a perianal abscess surgery. Methods: A total of 93 patients with a perianal abscess were enrolled after surgical incision and drainage. MEBO ribbon gauze were used to drain the wound twice a day in the treatment group while 0.9% sodium chloride ribbon gauze was used once a day in control group. The clinical efficacy of both groups was observed. Results: All patients were cured without recurrence at the one year follow-up. Time of healing and pain after dressing change in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion: Efficacy of MEBO is superior to the conventional therapy in the treatment of a perianal abscess since it can shorten the healing time and pain duration after dressing change as well as relieve the patient’s suffering. |
