| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗胫骨骨折术后钢板外露的疗效。方法 先用盐水纱布将外露钢板周围的坏死组织清除干净，清创至创面微微渗血，再将MEBO涂抹于患处，厚度约2mm，然后用无菌纱布覆盖创面包扎治疗，并以恒温灯箱保温（温度控制在25℃左右）。结果 经过上述方法治疗，所有病例均愈合。结论 MEBO在胫骨骨折术后钢板外露的治疗过程中，能加快组织愈合，提高钢板外露治愈率。 |

| Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of MEBO Wound Ointment in treating a steel-exposed injury after a tibia fracture surgery. Methods: Remove the necrotic tissue around the exposure sites with normal saline gauze until mild bleeding can be seen. Then, smear MEBO Wound Ointment on the wounds at a thickness of 2mm. Fully bandage the wounds with medical gauze and keep the wounds warm by using a thermostat (keeping an environment of 25℃), Results: After the treatment, all the cases healed. Conclusion: MEBO Wound Ointment in treating a steel-exposed injury after a tibia fracture surgery can speed up healing process and improve the curative rate. |
