| 目的 探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）外敷联合中药通脉汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法 将75例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组用MEBO局部换药，配合自拟中药汤剂通脉汤内服治疗；对照组用雷夫奴尔及胰岛素外敷局部换药治疗。结果 治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为86.84%和67.57%，P<0.05；平均愈合时间分别为24.0d±2.9d和41.0d±2.6d，p<0.01。结论 MEBO外敷联合中药通脉汤内服治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面疗效显著。 |

| Objective:To explore the efficacy of MEBO Wound Ointment(MEBO) combined with Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: Seventy-five patients withdiabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received topical dressing change of MEBO conbing with the oral intake of self-made Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction,while the control group adopted topical dressing change of Ethacridine Lactate and Insulin. Results: The curative rates and the mean healing times in the treatment and the control group were 86.84%and 67.57%(p<0.05),and 24.0±2.9d and 41.0±2.6d(p<0.01),respectively.Conclusion The protocol of MEBO combined with Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction has significant therapeutic dffects in treating diabetic foot ulcer. |
