20 世纪80 年代, 在中国出现了一种烧伤治疗的新方法———烧伤湿润暴露疗法, 它通过为创面营造生理性湿润环境而促进创面的愈合, 此方法由中国科学家徐荣祥发明, 并通过一种油膏性产品———湿润烧伤膏在全球范围内推广应用。自从15 年前埃及引进该项技术以来, 开展了不计其数的临床研究, 并且获得了令人为之惊叹的治疗效果。临床实践证明, 超过50% 的住院烧伤患者均伴有面部烧伤, 应用传统方法治疗的多数患者在创面愈合后均残留一定程度的瘢痕、色素沉着以及皮肤质地的改变, 严重影响患者的身心健康。因此, 医护人员不仅要治病救人, 而且还要保证创面达到最佳的愈合效果, 避免患者身心受到双重伤害。通过MEBT/ MEBO 的临床应用, 完美地实现了这一理想, 不仅有效地预防了创面愈后瘢痕及色素沉着的产生, 而且对各种类型的瘢痕均达到了最佳的美容治疗效果。由于MEBT/ MEBO 在各种原因导致的不同程度烧伤创面的成功应用, 将MEBT/ MEBO 探索性地应用于其它损伤的治疗中, 如大拇指肉瘤, 擦皮术后色素沉着, 着色性干皮病, 感染、创伤、擦伤创面, 乳头糜烂等, 均取得了良好的治疗效果。尤其将MEBT/ MEBO 应用于防治烧伤后脱发, 取得了尤为突出的效果。毛囊移植、头皮皮瓣移植和组织扩张术等方法治疗脱发不仅费时、费力, 而且价格昂贵, 而MEBT/ MEBO 通过为创面提供生理性湿润环境, 液化、引流坏死组织, 预防感染, 促进皮肤附属器官原位再生等作用防治烧伤后毛发脱失, 取得了前所未有的效果。临床研究结果证实, MEBT/ MEBO 在烧伤、创伤、擦伤、瘢痕、色素沉着、脱发等各个领域取得了良好的治疗效果, 治疗图片展示了MEBT/ MEBO 在各个领域的临床应用价值。 |

In the 1980s, a new technique of burn therapy, Moist Exposed Burn Treatment (MEBT), emerged in
China. MEBT promotes the healing of wound via creating physiologically moist environment. This new approach was invented
by Prof. XU and popularized worldwide along with the MEBO ointment. Since the introduction of MEBT/ MEBO into Egypt
fifteen years ago, many clinical studies have been carried out and amazing therapeutic results has been achieved. It has
been proved in the clinical practice that about 50% of burn in-patients have facial burns. When treated by conventional
therapy, most of these patients have scarring, pigment and texture changes to some extent after wound healing which has big
influence on the patients’ physical and mental health. Thus, medical professionals are not only to save patient’s life but also
to ensure the best healing result so as to avoid the physical and mental harm to the patients. This dream comes true with
the clinical application of MEBT/ MEBO which not only prevents scarring and pigmentation after wound healing but also
brings best cosmetic results in the treatment of various scars.
As MEBT/ MEBO had been successfully used in the treatment of burn wounds in various degrees with different causes,
we explored the use of MEBT/ MEBO in the treatment of other injuries such as thumb sarcoma, pigmentation after dermabrasion,
Xeroderma Pigmentosum, infection, trauma, abrasion wound and nipple erosion, etc. and achieved good therapeutic
effects. The application of MEBT/ MEBO in the treatment and prevention of alopecia after burn has outstanding effects. All
the treatment options used for alopecia, such as hair follicle transplant, scalp flap grafting and tissue expansion, are expensive
and time consuming, while MEBT/ MEBO has achieved unprecedented effects in the treatment and prevention of alopecia
after burn via the functions of providing physiologically moist environment for the wound, liquefying and discharging necrotic
tissues, preventing infection and promoting the in situ regeneration of skin appendages.
It has been proved by the clinical results that MEBT/ MEBO has achieved significant therapeutic effects on burns, traumas,
abrasion, scar and pigmentation as well as alopecia. The case pictures further illustrate the clinical values of MEBT/
MEBO in such fields. |
