          目的 探讨高海拔地区应用皮肤原位再生复原技术(MEBT/ MEBO) 治疗电弧光烧伤的效果。方法 将2006 年~2011 年在海拔2260 m的高原上住院的烧伤患者中采用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗的138 例电弧光烧伤病例资料进行回顾性分析, 对创面愈合时间、疼痛感、瘢痕增生情况进行评价。结果 皮肤原位再生复原技术对创面止痛效果好, 创面无干燥加深, 浅Ⅱ度创面平均7 d生理性愈合, 深Ⅱ度创面平均22 d生理性愈合, Ⅲ度创面平均36 d愈合且无增生性瘢痕。结论 应用皮肤原位再生复原技术在高海拔地区治疗电弧光烧伤, 治愈率高、致残率低、方法简便易行, 适合在高海拔地区推广使用。

          Objective To investigate the effects of MEBT/ MEBO in the treatment of electric arc light burns in the high altitude regions. Methods Data of 138 hospitalized patients with arc light burns treated with MEBT/ MEBO between 2006 and 2011 in the high altitude (elevation 2260m) region were analyzed retrospectively and the wound healing time, pain scale and scar hyperplasia were evaluated. Results MEBT/ MEBO was effective in relieving pain and maintaining the wound moisture without dehydration. Superficial II degree burn wounds healed in seven days on average by epidermidalization, deep Ⅱ degree wounds physiologically healed in 22 days on average, and III degree wounds got healed without hypertrophic scars at an average healing time of 36 days. Conclusion MEBT/ MEBO is a simple and practicable treatment and suitable to be applied to treat arc light burns in the high altitude regions in that it can achieve a higher curative rate and lower morbidity.
