| 目的 观察美宝创疡贴对腹腔镜手术后切口疼痛及切口愈合的影响。方法 100例腹腔镜术后患者分别用美宝创疡帖(50例) 和创可贴常规换药(50例) 治疗, 对比观察两组患者手术切口愈合时间、镇痛药使用率、切口感染以及瘢痕发生率。结果 治疗组切口愈合时间为(d, x ± s) 6.13 d ±1.24 d, 对照组切口愈合时间为(d, x ± s) 6.56 d ±1.52 d; 镇痛药使用率实验组为10%, 对照组为40%; 切口感染率实验组为4.5%,对照组为12%; 瘢痕发生率实验组为3.5%, 对照组为18%。结论 美宝创疡贴能促进腹腔镜术后切口愈合, 减轻切口疼痛以及降低切口感染和瘢痕发生率。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing on pain and healing of laparoscopic
surgical incision. Methods After the laparoscopic operation, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing and band-aid were
respectively used to treat 50 such cases for a comparative study during which the incision healing time, the utilization rate of
analgesic and incision infection situation were observed and follow-up on scar formation was carried out. Results The healing
time in MEBO group was (d, x ± s) 6． 13 ±1． 24 while that in the bind-aid group was (d, x ± s) 6． 56 ±1． 52). The utilization
rate of analgesic in MEBO group was 10% compared with 40% in the band-aid group. The incision infection rate
in MEBO group was 4． 5% while that in the band - aid group was 12%. Scar incidence of MEBO group was 3． 5%, while
that in the band-aid group was 18%. Conclusion MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing can promote the healing of surgical incision
of laparoscopy, relieve incision pain and reduce the incidence of incision infection and scar formation. |
