| 目的 总结MEBO 治疗慢性溃疡的临床综合护理体会。方法 对应用MEBO 治疗的45 例慢性溃疡患者做好心理护理、饮食护理、日常生活护理、创面换药护理、全身护理及出院指导等综合护理。结果 治疗组患者全部治愈, 溃疡愈合时间缩短, 功能恢复效果满意。结论 MEBO 治疗慢性溃疡配合规范的综合护理是促进溃疡创面再生复原的有力保证。 |

| Objective To summarize the integrated nursing experiences in the clinical treatment of chronic ulcer
patients with MEBO. Methods Provide comprehensive nursing for 45 chronic ulcer patients treated with MEBO in respect
of psychological nursing, diet nursing, daily life nursing, wound dressing change nursing, physical nursing, discharge guidance
and etc. . Results Patients of the treatment group were all healed with accelerated healing time of ulcerative wounds
and optimal outcome of functional rehabilitation. Conclusion The application of MEBO in combination with the standard
comprehensive nursing is a key to assuring the regenerative restoration of chronic ulcer wounds. |
