| 目的 观察美宝创疡贴换药治疗剖宫产术后切口的疗效。方法 观察组: 采用美宝创疡贴换药治疗, 观察创面愈合情况; 对照组: 采用碘酒、酒精消毒切口后外敷纱布治疗, 2 d ~3 d 换药1 次, 直至拆线。结果 观察组创面疼痛率低于对照组(P <0． 05), Ⅰ期愈合率高于对照组(P < 0． 01)。结论 剖宫产术后切口应用美宝创疡贴治疗, 产妇切口疼痛轻微, 持续时间短, 局部消肿快, Ⅰ期愈合率高, 可在临床推广使用。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effect of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of Caesarean
section incision. Methods The observation group was treated by dressing change of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing
and wound healing situation was observed; in the control group, iodine and alcohol were used to sterilize the wounds and
then gauze used to bandage them, and changed dressing once every 2 -3 days until stitches were removed. Results The
wound pain rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0． 05) and the healing rate at stage
Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0． 01). Conclusion Using MEBO Wound & Ulcer
Dressing to treat caesarean section incision has the following advantages as mild pain lasting a shorter time, faster disappearance
of local swelling, higher healing rate at stage Ⅰ, so it should be promoted and applied in clinic. |
