| 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗溃疡出血性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法 2010 年~ 2011 年,对6 例慢性溃疡出血性直肠炎患者, 用多孔的硅胶管插入直肠黏膜溃疡出血处, 将MEBO 5 g ~10 g, 通过硅胶管孔灌压到直肠黏膜溃疡出血、糜烂处, 每日1 次, 直到直肠溃疡创面愈合, 观察其疗效。结果 6 例患者慢性溃疡出血创面, 经过MEBO 治疗后痊愈, 平均愈合时间为5 d。结论 MEBO 对直肠溃疡出血的止血和黏膜再生修复具有良好的疗效, 方法简便易操作。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO (Moist Exposed Burns Ointment) in treating
Proctitis complicated with ulcerative hemorrhage. Methods Between the year 2010 and 2011, six patients with chronic ulcerative
hemorrhagic Proctitis were treated in the way of inserting a multihole silicone tube carrying 5 g ~ 10 g MEBO into
the ulcerative bleeding site of the rectal mucosa and directly perfusing MEBO onto the wound site through the holes of the
tube. Once per day until the ulcerative wounds healed. The treatment efficacy was observed. Results All the six patients
were completely healed after MEBO treatment with an average healing time of 5 days. Conclusion MEBO is effective in
stopping bleeding of rectal ulcerative hemorrhagic Proctitis and regenerating mucosa, which is easy and convenient to operate. |
