| 目的 探讨治疗复杂性混合痔术后瘢痕的有效方法。方法 对160 例患者采用“理疗、美宝疤痕软膏、口服中药” 三联疗法为主, 辅助于按摩、中医辨证疗法等治疗混合痔术后瘢痕。结果 160 例患者中, 治愈145 例, 治愈率为90%, 有效15 例, 有效率为100%。结论 综合疗法是治疗肛肠术后瘢痕的有效方法, 疗效显著, 患者满意。 |

| Objective To explore the effective treatment for scar formation after the operation of complex mixed
hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 160 cases with scars post-operation of complex mixed hemorrhoid were treated with the
triple therapy: physiotherapy, MEBO and oral administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in combination with massage
and TCM treatment based on symptom differentiation and etc. Results Of the 160 cases, 145 were cured with a curative
rate of 90% and 15 improved effectively with an effective rate of 10%. Conclusion The combined therapy is an effective
way of treating scars post-operation of anorectal surgery with its satisfying and significant therapeutic efficacy. |
