目的　探讨湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/ MEBO) 在面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法　对比分析153 例面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者使用湿润暴露疗法治疗(MEBO 组) 的临床效果与82 例应用传统治疗方法治疗(对照组) 的临床疗效。结果　153 例应用湿润暴露疗法治疗的患者在创面止痛、愈合时间、防止瘢痕增生等方面明显优于采用传统疗法治疗的患者。结论　湿润暴露疗法及其配套产品湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 在治疗面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤创面时, 止痛、抗感染、改善微循环及抑制成纤维细胞增生, 防止愈后瘢痕形成等方面疗效明确。

英文摘要:

Objective　To explore the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy and Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBT/ MEBO) in the treatment of Ⅱ degree burns and scalds at face and neck. Methods　Analyze and compare the clinical efficacies of 153 burned and scalded patients treated with MEBT/ MEBO (MEBO group) and 82 such patients treated with traditional treatment (control group). Results　the 153 patients in MEBO group achieved obviously better treatment effects compared with the control group in terms of pain relieving, healing time, prevention of scar hyperplasia and etc． . Conclusion　MEBT and its matching product MEBO have definite efficacy in relieving pain, countering infection, improving microcirculation, inhibiting fibroblast hyperplasia, preventing scar formation after wound healing and etc. as treating Ⅱ degree burns and scalds of face and neck.
