目的　观察创疡贴对小儿中厚皮供区创面愈合过程的影响。方法　将60 例小儿中厚皮供区创面随机分为观察组与对照组, 每组30 例, 观察供皮区创面的愈合时间、创面疼痛程度、术后舒适感。结果　在外用创疡贴的湿润环境下小儿中厚皮供区创面愈合时间明显缩短, 疼痛轻, 有舒适感。结论　创疡贴有利于小儿中厚皮供区创面的愈合, 疼痛轻微、安全有效。

英文摘要:

Objective　To observe the effects of EBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing on the healing process of pediatric donor sites of intermediate split-thickness graft. Methods　A total of 60 pediatric patients with wounds at the intermediate split-thickness graft donor sites were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, and 30 patients in each group. The healing time, pain scale and comfortable sensation were observed. Results　Under the moist environment created by applying MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing externally, the healing time was obviously shortened, and the pain was mild and tolerable. Conclusion　MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing can alleviate the pain and promote the wound healing of pediatric intermediate split-thickness graft donor sites, and also it is safe and effective.
