| 目的 探讨皮肤原位再生复原疗法治疗Ⅳ度压疮的临床疗效及护理方法。方法 对32 例(64 处)Ⅳ度压疮患者创面采用皮肤原位再生复原疗法治疗, 观察创面愈合情况。结果 经皮肤原位再生复原疗法治疗后, 32 例患者的64 处创面共治愈59 处, 显效4 处, 无效1 处, 治愈率为92.2%, 有效率为98.4%。60 d ~90 d愈合者25 处, 90 d ~120 d 愈合者21 处, 120 d 以上愈合者13处。结论 皮肤原位再生复原疗法是治疗Ⅳ度压疮的理想疗法, 结合“个性化优质” 护理措施, 能更好地促进压疮创面的生理性愈合。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing method of the in situ skin regenerative restoration
therapy in treating Ⅳ degree bedsore. Methods A total of 32 patients with 64 Ⅳ degree bedsores were treated with
the in situ skin regenerative restoration therapy and the wound healing situation was observed. Results Of the total 64 bedsores
in 32 patients, in situ skin regenerative restoration therapy cured 59 bedsores, was effective in 4 bedsores and ineffective
in one bedsore, the curative rate was 92． 2% and the effective rate was 98． 4%. 25 bedsores got healed in 60 ~ 90
days, 21 bedsores healed in 90 ~120 days and 13 bedsores healed in more than 120 days. Conclusion The in situ skin regenerative
restoration therapy is an ideal therapy for the treatment of Ⅳ degree bedsore. If combined with the individualized
and high - quality nursing, it can better promote the physiological healing of bedsore wounds. |
