| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗皮肤挫擦伤后溃疡的临床效果。方法 患者右小腿内侧下段挫擦伤后溃疡创面大小约4． 0 cm ×2． 3 cm, 给予生理盐水清创, 拭干后外涂MEBO, 约3 mm ~4 mm厚, 每日1次。结果 20 d 后复诊, 创面边缘有新生上皮组织向中心爬行, 继续换药治疗; 37 d后复诊, 创面完全愈合;60 d后复诊, 创面无瘢痕, 无色素沉着。结论 皮肤挫擦伤后溃疡, 应用MEBO 治疗, 可促进创面愈合, 疗效较好, 值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To discuss the clinical effect of MEBO (Moist Exposed Burn Ointment) in treating skin ulcer
resulting from abrasion and contusion. Methods One ulcer (4． 0 cm × 2． 3 cm) formed at the lower interior part of
right leg due to the abrasion and contusion was firstly debrided using normal saline, and then, after the water was wiped away,
MEBO was smeared on the ulcer at a thickness of 3 mm ~4 mm, once per day. Results During the review 20 days
after the treatment, it was observed that there was new epithelial tissue growing towards the wound center from the lateral
margin. Continue to use MEBO to change dressing. 37 days later, the wound healed completely and 60 days later, there was
no scar formation and pigmentation. Conclusion Applying MEBO to treat the skin ulcer resulting from abrasion and contusion
can realize good wound healing outcomes. |
