| 目的 观察应用湿润烧伤膏治疗粉瘤感染切开引流术后创面的临床效果。方法 选取120 例粉瘤继发感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组切开引流术后早期创面用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗, 对照组采用本院配制的红黄药膏换药治疗, 比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组有效率优于对照组, 差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 应用湿润烧伤膏对粉瘤感染切开引流术后创面的治疗效果显著。 |

| Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of MEBO application during an early dressing
change after incision and drainage of an infected atheroma. Methods A total of 120 patients with an infected atheroma
were selected and divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group. MEBO was adopted during dressing changes
after incision and drainage in the treatment group while a red yellow ointment prepared by our hospital was used in the control
group. The therapeutic effects in both groups were compared. Results The treatment group was superior to the control
group in terms of infection control, pain level according to complaint of patients, wound debridement and healing time and
etc. and the differences between the two groups were significant (P <0． 01). Conclusion MEBO has significant effects in
the early dressing change of an infected atheroma after incision and drainage. |
