          目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 结合远红外线治疗仪治疗手外伤组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 利用MEBO 对伤口的湿性保护与促进组织再生[1] 及远红外线对伤口的温热、消炎、止痛[2] 等作用对手外伤患者进行治疗, 总结通过护理干预提高患者依从性、舒适度和患肢功能恢复的经验体会。对2008 年以来应用湿性医疗技术结合远红外线治疗的36 例手外伤组织缺损患者, 在临床护理中, 重点做好心理护理、局部伤口药物护理、远红外线照射护理、全身护理、营养支持护理、个人及环境卫生处置、出院指导等主要环节。结果 两项治疗措施与优质护理服务相结合, 保证和促进了创面的再生修复, 增加了创面的舒适度, 取得了满意的效果。结论 手外伤组织缺损采用MEBO 结合远红外线治疗及细致有效的护理措施, 对伤口再生修复和舒适度的提高起到了积极的作用。

          Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MEBO in combination with far-infrared equipment in the treatment of tissue defect of hand trauma. Methods MEBO and far-infrared were used to treat hand injury in that the former can maintain the wound moisture and promote tissue regeneration[1] , and the later has functions of warming, anti-inflammation and relieving pain[2] . The nursing intervention was performed to improve the compliance, comfort degree and functions of affected hands and the experience was summarized. Since 2008, a total of 36 patients with tissue defect of hand injury were treated with MEBO/ MEBT combined with far-infrared. During the nursing, the following key matters should be paid attention such as mental and psychological nursing, drug nursing of topical wound, radiation nursing of far-infrared, systemic nursing, nutritional support, individual and environmental health maintenance, discharge instruction and etc. Results  The two treatment approaches of MEBO and far-infrared combined with high-quality nursing service guaranteed and promoted the regenerative restoration of wounds, enhanced the comfort degree and realized satisfactory treatment effect. Conclusion MEBO combined with far-infrared and delicate nursing measurement in the treatment of tissue defect of hand injury can play a positive role in promoting wound regenerative restoration and enhancing the level of comfort.
