| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭的疗效。方法 收集369 例湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭患者的临床资料, 并对其中237 例的随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果 237 例患者随访时间为0． 5 ~5 年, 患者自我感觉同时医生嗅诊均无异味者233 例, 根治率达98． 31%, 均无增生性瘢痕, 疗效满意。结论 外用湿润烧伤膏结合大范围超薄皮瓣治疗腋臭疗效满意, 并发症少, 瘢痕不明显。 |

| Objective To explore the treatment effect of extensive thin split-thickness flap in treating Hircismus.
Methods The clinical data of 369 patients with Hircismus treated with MEBO in combination with extensive thin splitthickness
flap were collected, of which the follow-up data of 237 patients were analyzed. Results The follow-up time of the
237 patients was 0． 5 ~5 years. 233 patients were odourless based on self-sensation and doctor’s olfactory examination and
the curative rate was 98． 31%. No hyperplastic scar was left and the treatment effect was satisfying. Conclusion External
application of MEBO in combination with extensive thin split-thickness flap to treat Hircismus can realize satisfying treatment
effects such as fewer complications and unobvious scar. |
