| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗创伤后指、趾甲缺失甲床外露的疗效。方法 对60 例甲床外露创面应用湿润烧伤膏药纱包扎治疗, 每日换药1 次, 保持创面湿润。5 d 后改为单纯外涂湿润烧伤膏治疗,每4 h ~6 h 换药1 次, 观察创面治疗效果。结果 60 例患者创面愈合良好, 无感染及疼痛等并发症发生。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗甲床外露创面疗效显著, 安全可靠, 方法简单易行。 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of MEBO in treating nail bed exposure resulting from
the traumatic loss of finger and toe nail. Methods Sixty patients with nail bed exposure were firstly bandaged with selfmade
MEBO gauze and then smear MEBO externally once per day to maintain the wound moist. Results All the gauze of
the 60 patients was removed on the day 5 and MEBO was smeared on the wound continuously until the wound healed. All
the wounds healed well and no infection, pain and other complications occurred. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of
MEBO in treating nail bed exposure is remarkable, and the treatment is safe, reliable, simple and easy to operate. |
