| 目的 探讨头面部恶性肿瘤切除后皮肤缺损的修复原则和术式选择。方法 对30 例头面部基底细胞癌, 15 例鳞状细胞癌实行肿瘤切除术, 术区皮肤缺损创面应用临近皮瓣修复治疗, 观察并分析其治疗效果。结果 45 例移植皮瓣全部成活, 切口一期愈合; 随访3 个月至2 年, 修复皮肤平整, 肤色正常, 未出现切缘瘢痕, 效果满意, 无复发病例。结论 邻近皮瓣修复头面部皮肤恶性肿瘤切除术后缺损创面疗效满意, 皮肤色泽、厚度及柔软度与受区相似。 |

| Objective To investigate the repair principle and operation method of postoperative skin defect after
the resection of head-facial skin malignant tumor. Methods Thirty patients with head-facial basal cell carcinoma (BCC)
and fifteen patients with squamous cell carcinoma were performed tumor resection and then adopted adjacent skin flap to repair
the skin defect wounds. The treatment effect was analyzed. Results All the transplanted flaps in the 45 patients were
survived and the incisions realized primary healing. During the follow-up of three months to 2 years, the wounds recovered
smoothly and the skin was in normal color. No incision scar was left and the treatment effect was satisfying without relapse.
Conclusion The application of adjacent skin flap to repair the head-facial skin defect resulting from malignant tumor resection
can obtain satisfactory treatment effect in that the skin color, thickness and softness of the repaired skin are similar to
the receptor sites. |
