目的　观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 在肛周脓肿术后创面换药的临床疗效。方法　观察组20 例肛周脓肿患者创面用MEBO 纱条填塞引流换药治疗, 对照组20 例患者用凡士林纱条填塞引流换药治疗。结果　用MEBO 纱条换药治疗的患者较用凡士林纱条换药治疗的患者创面平均愈合时间快5 d ~ 7 d。结论　MEBO 用于肛周脓肿术后创面治疗效果显著。

Objective　To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) applied as postoperative wound dressing of perianal abscess surgery. Methods　Twenty patients with perianal abscess in a treatment group were treated with packing MEBO gauze for drainage while the other twenty in a control group were treated with packing Vaseline gauze for drainage. Results　The mean wound healing time in the treatment group was 5 ~7 days shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion　MEBO has significant efficacy in the application as postoperative wound dressing of perianal abscess surgery.
