          目的 验证下肢血管性溃疡是全身缺乏再生营养物质的局部表现,以人体再生复原科学理论为应用研究基础,总结分析再生医疗技术在下肢血管性溃疡治疗中的临床疗效和处置方法。方法 下肢血管性皮肤溃疡患者全身应用再生营养物质,创面局部规范采用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗,观察治疗效果,总结分析再生医疗技术治疗下肢血管性皮肤溃疡的机理、临床修复过程及应用规范。结果 皮肤原位再生复原技术的规范应用为下肢血管性溃疡创面的原位再生创造了生理性再生环境,实现了溃疡创面的原位再生修复,降低了复发率。结论 下肢血管性溃疡是全身缺乏再生营养物质的局部表现,皮肤原位再生复原技术的规范应用为下肢血管性溃疡创面的愈合提供了全新的治疗方法,临床结果显示其具有可靠的疗效、较强的实用性和先进性。

          Objective: To verify vascular ulcer of lower limbs is the local manifestation of systemic insufficiency of regenerative nutrients and to conclude and analyze the clinical efficacy and management methods of regenerative medical technology in the treatment of lower vascular ulcer with human body regenerative restoration science as the theoretical basis of applied research. Methods: By systemically applying regenerative nutrients and topically performing in situ skin regenerative restoration technology standardly,to observe the treatment efficacy and to conclude and analyze the mechanism, clinical restoration process and application standard of regenerative medical technology in treating vascular skin ulcer. Results: The standard application of in situ skin regenerative restoration technology can create a physiologically regenerative environment for lower vascular ulcer wounds, realize the in situ regenerative restoration of ulcerative wounds and reduce the relapse rate. Conclusion: Vascular ulcer of lower limbs is the local manifestation of systemic insufficiency of regenerative nutrients. The standard application of in situ skin regenerative restoration technology provides a brand new treatment approach to the healing of lower vascular ulcer and the clinical results show that the approach is reliable, practicable and advanced.
