红细胞是成人体内结构最简单的细胞。长期以来,生理学家一直把研究红细胞的结构与功能,视为探索和阐明细胞生命活动机制的途径。成熟红细胞的主要特点是没有细胞核,细胞中含有的大量血红蛋白与氧气和二氧化碳结合,运输气体,帮助人体进行新陈代谢;其双面凹圆饼状形态可以最大限度地从周围摄取氧气;此外红细胞还有良好的变形能力,通过改变形态穿过毛细血管壁,以保证向组织释放氧分子。然而,严重烧伤之后,红细胞的结构随之发生改变,从而失去正常功能。本文旨在阐述烧伤早期导致红细胞损伤的因素,为临床检测提供依据。 |

Erythrocyte is the most simple cell in the adult human body in term of structure. For such a long time, physiologists have been taking the researches on the structure and function of red blood cells as a way of exploring and clarifying the mechanism of cell life activities. The main characteristics of mature red blood cells are as follows: having no nucleus but are rich in hemoglobin in cells. Hemoglobin can combine with oxygen and carbon dioxide to transport gas and promote metabolism of human body. The double concave round shape can increase oxygen intake as much as possible from the surroundings. Red blood cell has good deformability and it can pass through the capillary wall by changing its shape and guarantee the oxygen releasing to the tissues. However, in the case of severe burns, the structure of red cells will change and thus lose their normal functions. This paper is to describe the factors of erythrocyte injury at the early stage of burns and further to provide evidence for clinical test. |
