| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法 对8例患者10处皮肤溃疡创面外用MEBO换药治疗，观察创面愈合情况。结果 10处溃疡创面全部Ⅰ期愈合，治愈率达100%，平均愈合时间为29.9ｄ。结论 采用MEBO治疗皮肤溃疡，愈合快、疗效佳，且操作简便、费用低廉，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of MEBO in treating skin ulcer. Methods Eight patients with ten skin ulcers were treated with MEBO dressing change method topically and the wound healing progress was observed. Results All the ten ulcers realized primary healing with a cure rate of 100% and a mean healing time of 29.9 days. Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of skin ulcer can achieve faster healing with better curative effects. Besides, it is easy and simple to operate with lower cost, deserving to be popularized and applied in clinic. |
