| 目的 探讨深静脉置管在抢救大面积烧伤患者中的应用。方法 为本组32例大面积烧伤患者实行颈内静脉置管或股静脉置管，观察导管保留时间及导管感染情况。结果 32例大面积烧伤患者均平稳度过休克期，2例患者导管末端发生感染。结论 深静脉置管的应用，满足了大面积烧伤患者的治疗需求，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the application of deep vein catheterization in the emergent treatment of extensive burns. Methods: A total of 32 patients with extensive burns were performed vein catheterization in jugular vein or femoral vein and the retention time of catheter and infection situation were observed. Results: All the 32 patients lived through the shock stage smoothly, 2 patients got infection at the end of catheter. Conclusion: The application of deep vein catheterization can meet the treatment demand of patients with extensive burns, deserving to be promoted in clinic. |
