| 目的 总结湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗下肢骨折合并严重挫裂伤创面的护理体会。方法 将60例患者随机分为两组，在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组创面使用MEBO治疗，对照组创面使用碘伏消毒液治疗，观察并记录两组创面愈合时间，总结临床护理经验。结果 浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间：治疗组分别为10.35d±2.83d，17.50d±3.38d；对照组分别为13.70d±3.41d，21.54d±5.42d，两组比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 MEBO治疗挫裂伤创面，治愈率高，致残率低，且操作简便，易于临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of using MEBO in the treatment of lower limb fracture combined with severe contusion wounds. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group and a control group. On the basis of performing regular treatments, the treatment group was treated with MEBO while the control group with iodine tincture. The wound healing time in the two groups were observed and recorded and the clinical nursing experience was summarized. Results: The healing time of wounds of superficial II degree and deep II degree was 10.35d±2.83d and 17.50d±3.38d respectively in the treatment group while in the control group 13.70d±3.41d and 21.54d±5.42d respectively. The comparison between the two groups showed significant difference in statistics, p<0.05. Conclusion: MEBO can realize significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of contusion injury. |
