目的　探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）应用于包茎术后伤口的治疗效果。方法　选取2009年1月～2013年4月行包皮环切术治疗包茎的患者69例，根据患者及家属意愿，分为治疗组（39例）与对照组（30例）。治疗组采用MEBO处理术后伤口；对照组采用传统方法处理术后伤口，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果　治疗组在消肿时间、疼痛情况、愈合时间及患者满意度等方面均优于对照组。结论　MEBO应用于包茎术后伤口，可取得良好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of MEBO Ointment in the treatment of wounds after circumcision. Methods: Sixty-nine patients receiving circumcision between Jan., 2009 and Apr., 2013 were divided into a treatment group (N=39) and a control group (N=30) based on the willingness of patients and their family. The treatment group used MEBO Ointment for wound management after circumcision while the control group used the conventional management. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of swelling relief time, pain, healing time and patients’ satisfaction degree. Conclusion: MEBO Ointment in the treatment of wounds after circumcision can obtain excellent therapeutic effect, worthy of being popularized and applied in clinic.
