| 目的 探讨创疡贴治疗因化疗药物外渗所致的顽固性皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。 方法 将7例顽固性皮肤溃疡创面的渗出物及脓痂去除后，用创疡贴紧贴创面外敷（覆盖范围超出创面边缘3 mm） 治疗， 每日换药1次，观察创面每日愈合程度及愈合方式。 结果 创面应用创疡贴外敷后，愈合速度明显加快，所有创面均于1个月内愈合。 结论 创疡贴外用于因化疗药物外渗所致的顽固性皮肤溃疡创面，可明显提高愈合速度和愈合质量，且简便易行，易于临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of MEBO Dressing in the treatment of refractory skin ulcer resulting from the extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods: After the removal of the extravasation and the purulent scab in the seven patients with refractory skin ulcers, MEBO Dressing was applied to cover the wounds (3mm larger than the wound margin) with a dressing change frequency of once per day. The daily wound healing and healing methods were observed. Results: After the application of MEBO Dressing, the wounds healed obviously faster and all the wounds got healed in one month. Conclusion: The application of MEBO Dressing in the treatment of refractory skin ulcer resulting from the extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs, in addition to its easy & simple operation, can significantly enhance the wound healing speed and the healing quality, being suitable to be popularized and applied in clinic. |
