目的分析采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗激光切除痔疮术后创面的临床体会? 方法对150例激光切除痔疮术后患者创面采用MEBO换药处理, 观察治疗效果? 结果 150例患者全部治愈, 愈合时间最短者为12d, 最长者为20d? 结论激光联合MEBO治疗痔疮, 患者无明显疼痛, 愈合时间明显缩短, 疗效显著, 值得基层医院推广应用?

Objective: To analyze and summarize the clinical experience of using Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) to treat wound post hemorrhoidectiomy laser surgery. Methods: A total of 150 cases of surgical wounds post hemorrhoidectiomy laser surgery were treated with MEBO dressing change; the efficacy was observed. Results: All the 150 cases healed completely, with the healing time ranging between 12d-20d. Conclusion: Treating haemorrhoids with MEBO in combination with laser could accelerate wound healing process with no obvious pain and the effect is significant, worthy of popularization and application in primary hospitals.
