传统的烧伤创面处理方法需要花费大量的时间进行早期削痂? 植皮, 以及通过Z字成形术? 皮片或皮瓣移植等方法松解挛缩的瘢痕, 而且通过这种方式愈合的皮肤干燥? 无弹性, 长期随访的结果, 特别是在烧伤累及到关节? 面部或手指, 影响患者活动时, 令患者和医生感到沮丧? 应用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO) 可彻底改变烧伤患者的处理方法及治疗效果———实现植皮率低? 皮肤弹性改善和挛缩瘢痕发生率低?

英文摘要:

The traditional way of management was spending long time in early excision of Escher,grafting and releasing of contracted scar by Z plasty,grafts or flaps. Results of the healed skin was dry none lastic. The long follow up was depressing for patients and doctors especially if burn is involving joints,face or fingers that disable patients’ activity. Using MEBT/ MEBO technique;the management of burned patients changed frommoment the patient arrives in the emergency room,ending with lowrate of grafting & better quality of elastic skin & lowrate of contracted scars.
