| 目的 总结MEBO治疗电弧光烧伤的经验, 以提高治疗水平? 方法 对350例电弧光烧伤患者全部采用局部应用MEBO换药与全身治疗相结合的方式治疗, 观察临床愈合情况, 评定治疗效果? 结果 350例电弧光烧伤患者创面全部愈合, 愈后创面瘢痕增生轻微, 无功能障碍? 结论 MEBO治疗电弧光烧伤创面可促进创面愈合, 减少瘢痕形成, 缩短愈合时间, 是治疗电弧光烧伤的理想疗法之一? |

| Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of treating arc light burns with MEBO in purpose of improving treatment level. Methods: A total of 350 patients with arc light burns were all treated by topical application of MEBO in combination with systemic treatment. The clinical healing condition was observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: The wounds of 350 patients were all healed with mild scar hyperplasia and no dysfunction. Conclusion: Treatment of arc light burns with MEBO can promote wound healing, reduce scar formation, accelerate wound healing, and thus it is an ideal therapy for the treatment of arc light burns. |
