          目的 探讨MEBO治疗手部深度烧伤的疗效? 方法 选择180例手部深度烧伤患者作为研究对象, 将其随机分为两组, 分别采用湿润烧伤膏(治疗组) 和磺胺嘧啶银(对照组) 外涂治疗, 观察两组患者烧伤创面细菌感染? 止痛效果? 愈合时间及瘢痕发生情况? 结果 治疗组创面愈合时间明显低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0? 05); 治疗前两组患者创面细菌感染率无明显差异(P>0? 05), 治疗1周和2周后治疗组细菌感染率均明显低于对照组(P<0? 05, P<0? 01); 治疗组创面涂用湿润烧伤膏数分钟后即止痛, 对照组处理创面后, 患者即刻感觉疼痛难忍, 疼痛感可持续数小时至2d~3d, 其中28例患者应用了度冷丁等止痛药物才得以缓解; 治疗组瘢痕发生率明显低对照组(P<0? 01)? 结论 在手部深度烧伤创面治疗中, 局部外用湿润烧伤膏治疗的效果明显优于磺胺嘧啶银外涂治疗, 值得临床推广应用?

          Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of MEBO in the treatment of hand deep burns. Methods: One-hundred and eighty patients with hand deep burns were selected as the study subjects, which were divided randomly into two groups, one treated with MEBO ointment (treatment group) externally and the other with Sulfadiazine sliver (control group) externally. The conditions in terms of bacterial infection, analgesic effect, healing time and scar formation of the two groups were observed. Results: The healing time in the treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group, of which the difference was significant in statistics (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of bacterial infection rate (P>0.05) before treatment, but after being treated for one week and two weeks, the bacterial infection rates in the treatment group were both obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively). After the application of MEBO, the pain of patients in the treatment group was gone in a few minutes while in the control group patients felt unbearable pain immediately after wound management and the pain could last for hours and even 2-3 days, 28 patients in the control group took analgesic drugs such as Pethidine to relieve their pain. The scar formation rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion: In the treatment of deep hand burns, the therapeutic effect of topical application of MEBO is significantly superior to Sulfadiazine silver and thus MEBO is worth of popularization and application in clinic.
