| Objective: To summarize the nursing method of applying MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of skin contusion and abrasion wounds of neurosurgical patients. Methods: One-hundred and thirty patients with craniocerebral trauma complicated with skin contusion and abrasion were divided into a treatment group (65 patients) and a control group (65 patients). The treatment group was treated with MEBT/MEBO in combination with five aspects of key nursing including early nursing, mental nursing, topical nursing, systemic nursing and extended services to make sure the wounds soaked effectively in the ointment, while the control group was treated with a traditional dressing therapy in combination with specific nursing, basic nursing and mental nursing. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The wound healing time, scar formation condition and satisfaction degree of patients and their families in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group. Conclusion: The nursing application of MEBT/MEBO in neurosurgery facilitates the restoration of contusion and abrasion wounds and realizes higher satisfaction degree of patients. |
