| 目的 探讨湿性医疗技术(MEBT/ MEBO) 在热疗烫伤创面治疗中的临床效果? 方法 严格按照湿性医疗技术规范, 用湿润烧伤膏治疗37例78处肿瘤热疗烫伤创面, 观察治疗效果? 结果 除5例(9处创面) 患者因原发病或合并症死亡外, 其余32例患者69处创面均愈合, 疗效满意? 结论 运用湿性医疗技术治疗肿瘤热疗烫伤创面, 操作简便, 效果显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Moist Medical Technology (MEBT/MEBO) in treating scald wounds caused by hyperthermia therapy. Methods: Seventy-eight scald wounds of 37 patients caused by tumor hyperthermia therapy were treated with MEBO in strict accordance with the technical standards of MEBT, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Sixty-nine scald wounds of 32 patients got healed and the other five patients (9 scald wounds) died due to primary diseases or comorbidities. The therapeutic effect was satisfying. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO in treatment of scald wounds caused by tumor hyperthermia therapy is simple and easy to operate and also effective, deserving to be promoted and applied in clinic. |
