| Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of applying Vacuum Sealing Drainage (VSD) in the treatment of postoperative residual wounds of dog bite. Methods: Vacuum Sealing Drainage (VSD) was applied topically in combination with anti-infection, micro-circulation improvement, MEBO dressing change and etc. The therapeutic and nursing effects were observed. Results: The wounds healed without any complication and the therapeutic effect was satisfying. Conclusion: It is the key to nursing care to maintain effective, stable and moderate negative pressure drainage. |
