          目的 观察应用皮肤原位再生复原技术(MEBT/ MEBO) 治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效? 方法 将100例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组(50例) 和治疗组(50例), 两组患者均采用干扰素α?2β10ug肌注, 每日1次, 连续3d; 口服伐昔洛韦0.3g, 每日2次; 吲哚美辛肠溶片25mg, 每日3次? 治疗组: 局部创面应用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗, 每日换药6次; 对照组: 局部创面外用喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗, 每天换药3次, 若创面继发感染, 则加用夫西地酸乳膏? 分别于治疗当日及治疗7d? 14d? 21d? 28d记录皮损变化情况? 结果 治疗组治愈率以及后遗神经疼痛(PHN) 发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01, P<0.01)? 结论 皮肤原位再生复原技术在缓解带状疱疹疼痛, 促进创面愈合, 缩短病程, 减少后遗神经痛发生率, 减轻瘢痕形成等方面作用显著?

          Object: To observe the clinical effect of treating Herpes Zoster with In Situ Skin Regenerative Restoration Technology (MEBT/MEBO). Methods: One hundred patients with Herpes Zoster were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 50 patients for each. Both groups were given 10ug of interferon α-2β by intramuscular injection once a day for successive 3 days, 0.3g of valaciclovir orally twice per day and 25mg of indometacin three times a day. In addition, the wounds in the treatment group were treated with MEBT/MEBO topically and dressing was changed 6 times per day, while the wounds in the control group was managed with Penciclovir Cream and dressing was changed three times per day, and if the wounds got infection, Fusidic Acid Cream was added for external use. The wound changes in the two groups were recorded respectively on the day of treatment and the day 7, 14, 21 and 28 after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the cure rate and the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) in the treatment group were all lower (P<0.01, P<0.01 respectively). Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO are of notable effects in terms of easing pain, promoting wound healing, shortening the disease course, reducing the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia, alleviating scar formation and etc.
