| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology in treating gangrene of diabetic foot. Methods: Fourteen patients diagnosed with diabetic foot gangrene were given the standard treatment of In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology combined with wound debridement and douching. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Of the 14 patients, 13 got healed and the remaining one died. The wound healing time of the 13 patients was 89 d～241 d, with an average of 106 d±11.21 d. Conclusion: In Situ Regenerative Restoration Technology in the treatment of diabetic foot is well accepted by patients in that it can avoid amputation and suffering thereof, get significant therapeutic effects, and thus should be promoted and applied in clinic. |
