| 目的 观察? 分析皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗浓硫酸烧伤的临床疗效? 方法 对2013年1~6月收治的36例浓硫酸烧伤患者, 采用皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗; 2012年6~12月收治的36例浓硫酸烧伤患者,应用磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag) 糊剂治疗, 对比? 观察两组治疗效果? 结果 72例患者均痊愈出院, 治疗组患者的镇痛剂使用率? 感染发生率? 创面愈合时间? 瘢痕出现率及手术率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01), 治疗效果显著?结论 采用皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗浓硫酸烧伤, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of treating concentrated sulfuric acid burns with MEBT/MEBO. Methods, 36 patients with concentrated sulfuric acid burns admitted between January and June of 2013 were treated with MEBT/MEBO. 36 patients with concentrated sulfuric acid burns admitted between June and December of 2012 were treated with SD-Ag paste. Results were observed and compared between the two groups. Results 72 patients were cured, and usage rate of analgesics, infection rate, time for wound healing, occurrence rate of scarring and need of operation were much lower in the treatment group (treated with MEBT/MEBO) than those in the control group (P <0.01), the efficacy was remarkable. Conclusion Treating concentrated sulfuric acid burns with MEBT/MEBO has significant therapeutic efficacy worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
