| Objective: To explore the effect of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing on nail reconstruction after full nail removing operation. Methods: Full nail removing operation was performed in 16 cases with Hallux paronychia or trauma. After operation, the nail bed was covered with double-layer MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing, followed by wound cleaning and dressing change once every other day and observation of nail plate reconstruction state. Results: The average nail plate reconstruction time of 16 patients was 7.00 d±0.44 d. Conclusion: MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing has a good moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effect on the nail bed wounds, which can promote nail plate reconstruction and deserve to be popularized and applied in clinic. |
