          目的 对比观察原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/ MEBO) 和磺胺嘧啶银锌霜治疗Ⅲ期褥疮的临床效果?方法 将46例Ⅲ期褥疮患者利用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组(25例) 与对照组(21例), 治疗组采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银锌霜治疗, 观察? 对比两组患者的60d治愈率? 最终自愈率? 创面愈合时间? 平均住院费用等? 结果 治疗组患者的60 d治愈率为64.00%, 最终自愈率为84.00%, 无效率为8.00%, 平均愈合时间为57.06d±10.18d, 平均住院费用为2.81万元±0.35万元? 对照组患者的60d治愈率为38.10%, 最终自愈率为66.70%, 无效率为14.20%, 平均愈合时间为74.62 d±11.23 d, 平均住院费用为3.75万元±0.46万元? 结论 原位再生医疗技术更有利于Ⅲ期褥疮创面愈合, 可缩短住院时间, 降低治疗费用,是治疗褥疮的有效方法, 值得临床推广应用?

          Objective – To observe comparatively the clinical results of treating stage III bedsores with MEBT/MEBO and sulfadiazine zinc silver cream respectively. Method – A total of 46 patients with stage III bedsores were divided into treatment group (25) and control group (21) based on random number table. The treatment group adopted MEBT/MEBO treatment while the control group received the sulfadiazine zinc silver cream. The healing rate in 60 days, ultimate self-healing rate, wound healing time and average hospitalization expenses for both broups were observed and compared. Result – For treatment group, the healing rate in 60 days was 64.00%, the ultimate self-healing rate was 84.00%, the ineffective ratewas 8.00%, the average healing time was 57.06 d±10.18 d and the average hospitalization expense was 28,100±3,500 yuan. And, the same figures for control group were respectively 38.10%, 66.70%, 14.20%, 74.62 d±11.23 d and 37,500 ± 4,600 yuan. Conclusion – In-situ regenerative medical technology (MEBT/MEBO) is more conducive to wound healing of stage III bedsores, shortening the hospitalization time and reducing the treatment cost. It is an effective means to treat bedsores, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
