| 目的 通过对照研究, 观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效? 方法 将68例肥胖型剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化患者随机分为治疗组(34例) 与对照组(34例)? 治疗组患者术后切口采用MEBO换药治疗, 对照组患者术后切口采用常规换药治疗, 观察? 对比两组患者的治疗效果? 结果 两组患者治疗时间? 切口愈合时间? 切口甲级愈合率? 患者对愈合切口满意度的比较, 采用t 检验和χ2检验, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05, P<0.01)? 结论 MEBO治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化, 可缩短愈合时间, 增加切口甲级愈合率, 提高皮肤愈合质量, 且操作简单, 使用方便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective – To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on fat liquefaction in treatment of postoperative incision of Cesarean section through comparative study. Method – Sixty eight patients with obesity and fat liquefaction in postoperative incision of Cesarean section were randomly divided into Treatment Group (34 cases) and Control Group (34 cases). Patients in Treatment Group received MEBO dressing treatment for their postoperative incisions; those in Control Group adopted conventional dressing therapy. Results of both groups were observed and compared. Result – The t and χ2 tests were adopted to compare the durations of treatment and incision healing, grade A healing rate of incisions and satisfactory level of patients to the healing of incisions. The differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). Conclusion – In treatment of fat liquefaction of postoperative incision of Cesarean section, MEBO can shorten healing time, increase grade A healing rate of incisions and improve healing quality of skin, as well as has the feature of easy and convenient to operate, being worthy of clinical promotion. |
