          增生性瘢痕的形成是由胶原蛋白合成与降解失衡引起的胶原蛋白过度沉积所致,其中基质金属蛋白酶-1(matrix metalloproteinase-1, MMP-1)在创面修复及瘢痕消退方面起着重要作用,而羟脯氨酸则是衡量胶原代谢的敏感指标。本文将着重阐述激光治疗对增生性瘢痕中MMP-1及羟脯氨酸的影响。

          Hypertrophic scar is resulted from excessive deposit of collagen caused by an imbalance of collagen synthesis and degradation. Matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) plays an important role in wound healing and scar fading, and hydroxyproline is a sensitive indicator to measure the collagen metabolism. The present paper focuses on expounding the influence of laser treatment on the content of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and hydroxyproline in hypertrophic scar.
