          目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)联合美容整形技术治疗皮肤擦挫伤伴灰尘颗粒嵌入的临床效果。方法 将近两年收治的126例皮肤擦挫伤患者(伤后6 h内就诊)按随机数字表法随机分为MEBO联合美容整形技术治疗组(A组,63例)和红霉素眼膏联合美容整形技术治疗组(B组,63例),对比观察两组患者换药时疼痛程度、敷料与创面粘连程度、创面感染发生率、创面愈合时间和愈后瘢痕形成率及外观满意率。结果 两组相比,A组患者创面与敷料的粘连程度较轻,不粘连或轻度粘连者占95.24%,B组患者创面与敷料的粘连程度较重,不粘连或轻度粘连者只占19.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组患者的疼痛评分(3.85±0.58)较B组(5.12±0.61)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组患者创面感染消退时间(5.27d±1.31d)较B组短(9.63d±1.62d),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组患者创面平均愈合时间(12.60d±3.25d)较B组(18.70d±3.70d)短,愈后创面瘢痕形成率(6.35%)较B组(33.33%)低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组创面外观满意率(92.06%)较B组(66.67%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MEBO联合美容整形技术治疗皮肤擦挫伤伴灰粒嵌入,具有保持创面湿润,活血化瘀,液化清除创面坏死组织及异物,防治创面感染等作用,可减轻创面肿胀与疼痛及敷料与创面的粘连程度,最大限度地减少瘢痕的形成,提高外观满意率。

          Objective To explore the clinical effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) combined with cosmetic technology in treating skin abrasion and contusion with embedded dust particles. Methods The 126 patients with skin contusion received within 6 hours after injury in the past two years, in accordance with the?random?number?table were randomly divided into MEBO combined with cosmetic technology group (Group A,63 cases), and Erythromycin Eye Ointment combined with cosmetic technology group (Group B, 63 cases), compared and observed the grade of pain during dressing change, severity of adhension of dressing to the wound, incidence of wound infection, healing time of the wound, scar incidence after healing and satisfaction rate for appearance. Results By comparison, less adhension of dressing to the wound occurred in Group A, in which the proportion of non-adhension and mild adhension together was 95.24%, while the counterpart proportion in Group B was only 19.05%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);Score of pain in Group A (3.85 ± 0.58) was lower than Group B(5.12 ± 0.61), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01);Time taken for wound infection to subside in Group A (5.27d + 1.31d) was shorter than Group B(9.63d ± 1.62d), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);Average healing time of Group A (12.60d + 3.25d)was shorter than Group B (18.70d + 3.70d) and the scar incidence after healing in Group A(6.35%) was lower than Group B(33.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Satisfaction rate for appearance in Group A (92.06%) was higher than Group B(66.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion MEBO combined with cosmetic technology in treating skin abrasion and contusion with embedded dust particles has the effect of keeping wound moist, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, liquefying and discharging necrotic tissues and foreign matters, and preventing wound infection, being capable of reducing wounds well, pain, adhension of dressing to the wound, and scarring and increasing satisfaction rate for appearance to the most extent.
