| 目的 观察、探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗唇周单纯疱疹的临床疗效。方法 对30例唇周单纯疱疹患者采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗，每日2~4次，观察疱疹创面愈合情况。结果 30例患者的局部疱疹创面均在换药治疗24h后明显减轻，平均治疗3 d后，局部肿胀及渗出完全消退，破损创面完全愈合。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗唇周单纯疱疹，疗效好，愈合快，操作简便，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe and explore therapeutic effect of MEBO on herpes simplex around the lip. Methods 30 patients with herpes simplex around the lip were given dressing change of MEBO, two to four times a day. And the healing progress was observed. Result The herpes and edemas around the lip for 30 patients were obviously alleviated 24 hours after treatment. After 3 days treatment on average, local swelling and exudation subsided and damaged wound healed completely. Conclusion Using MEBO to treat the patients with herpes simplex around the lip has good therapeutic effect, short healing time and easy operation, worthy clinical promotion and application. |
