| 目的 探讨创疡贴对混合痔术后创面愈合的影响。方法 将200例混合痔术后患者，随机分为两组，每组100例，治疗组采用创疡贴治疗，每日换药1次，，对照组采用凡士林油纱治疗，每日换药1次，对比观察两组患者创面变化及愈合时间。结果 治疗组患者创面平均愈合时间为15.2 0 d±3.20 d，明显优于对照组的21.20 d±4.20 d，且水肿消退时间和渗出物消退时间均较对照组短，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 创疡贴能缓解混合痔术后创面疼痛、水肿，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效可靠，值得在临床广泛应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing onwound healing of hemorrhoidectomy in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who had performed hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (each group had 100 cases).The treatment group was treated by MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing, once a day; the control group was treated by Vaseline gauze, once a day. The wound changes and healing time were observed and compared. Results Average healing time of the treatment group was 15.2 0 d±3.20 d, significantly shorter than the control group(21.20 d±4.20 d); Subsiding time for edema and exudation of the treatment group was also shorter than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing can alleviate postoperative wound pain and edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and shorten the wound healing time with reliable effect, worthy of clinical popularization. |
