烧伤休克期能否平稳度过是影响烧伤患者全程治疗效果及预后的关键，而液体复苏则是防治烧伤休克的一种重要手段。本文回顾了烧伤休克期外科切痂植皮疗法液体复苏的发展历史，综述了液体复苏的方法及影响因素，展望了液体复苏的未来研究方向，以求为烧伤休克期外科切痂植皮疗法液体复苏治疗提供参考。

英文摘要:

Objective Whether the burn patients can smoothly go through the shock phase is the key to comprehensive treatment efficacy and prognosis, and the fluid resuscitation serves as an important means to prevent and treat burn shock. The present article retrospected the development history of fluid resuscitation of the escharectomy and skin grafting therapy at the burn-induced shock stage,summarizing the means and influence factors of fluid resuscitation and prospecting its future direction of development, for the sake of providing reference for treating burn shock with fluid resuscitation.
