| 目的 观察、探讨MEBT/MEBO对糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法 将23例患者随机分为两组，MEBT/MEBO组（12例）于常规清创术后应用湿润烧伤膏包扎治疗，每日换药1次；常规组于常规清创术后应用生理盐水纱布包扎治疗，每日换药1次，对比观察两组创面愈合时间及愈合效果。结果 MEBT/MEBO组的创面平均愈合时间为41.00 d±1.26d，与常规组（62.00 d±2.23d）相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；MEBT/MEBO组有1例患者愈后创面形成瘢痕，常规组有3例患者愈后创面形成瘢痕，差异无统计学意义。结论 MEBT/MEBO可有效控制糖尿病足溃疡创面感染，促进创面组织再生修复，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效显著，是治疗糖尿病足的有效疗法。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of moist therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 23 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, moist therapy group (12 cases), which patients, after the conventional debridement, were treated with bandaged MEBO ointment, dressing change once a day; and routine group, which patients were treated with normal saline gauze bandage after the conventional debridement, dressing change once a day. The healing time and effect?of wounds for each group was comparatively observed. Results The average healing time of moist therapy group was 41.00 d±1.26d, compared with routine group (62.00 d±2.23d), the difference was statistically significant. After healing, scarring was found in one case of moist therapy group and 3 cases of routine group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Moist therapy could effectively control the wound infection of diabetic foot, and promote regenerative tissue repair, shortening wound healing time with significant curative effect and being an effective therapy for treating diabetic foot. |
